As a part of the Dyninno Group’s FinTech sector we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us within EcoFinance Moldova division. 

EcoFinance specializes in B2C financial services, offering seamless access to loans for underserved customers in Europe and beyond, with our brands CreditPlus, CreditPrime and Honey Loan. Since the start of operations in 2015, we’ve issued over 390 million euros in loans and our team of 370+ skilled professionals collaborate across four locations.

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who will focus on employee retention, engagement and talent acquisition. The role involves work in a dynamic environment addressing teams of professionals working for both Moldova and Romania markets, based in Chisinau and Bucharest. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR business partnership to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to create and maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement. 
  • Ensure smooth recruitment process in the company aligning with business goals.
  • Establish and conduct the onboarding process.
  • Manage and mentor a team of an HR Specialist and a Recruiter, fostering a high-performance work environment while effectively delegating tasks to optimize team productivity.
  • Budget and control expenses for HR initiatives implementation. 
  • Advise Senior Management on market salary and benefits structure benchmarks, best practices, and provide valuable insights.
  • Implement HR policies in line with Group practices.
  • Monitor HR analytics and provide insights and initiate improvements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of quarterly local company events.  

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business Partner / HR Generalist, experience within call/contact center, retail, wholesale, logistics or telecommunications industries will be considered as advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical skills in HR Operations, Recruitment, Retention, Internal Communication, C&B, L&D and other HR-related practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR plans and policies.
  • Experience managing HR budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good English skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. 

 Compensation:

The compensation level for this position is starting from 28 000 MDL net and will be evaluated/discussed individually based on the level of the skills and competencies of the candidate.
