We are looking for the Executive Assistant who would join the Executive Assistance Department and support Founder of Dyninno Group by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling key deadlines. It includes arranging international travel, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting the Group’s founder both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple projects and locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, collate agenda items ahead of meetings and set out reminders for key projects and deadlines.
- Be part of a team of 9 executives assistants and cooperate with 3 other colleagues on supporting Group’s founder personally and professionally.
- Manage international travel arrangements – flights, transfers, hotels, and detailed itineraries, ensuring VIP service at airports, etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders, office managers/secretaries to organise and prepare internal and external meetings.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in multiple locations.
- Support the founder personally: organize holidays and family events.
