Companies in Services, Retail, and Banking Among the Most Appreciated Employers in Moldova. Find out which companies made it to the ranking created by Undelucram.md

Veo Worldwide Moldova, Dyninno, and maib are the most appreciated companies by employees in the Republic of Moldova, according to the “Top Employers Undelucram.md 2024”, a ranking compiled by Undelucram.md, an online platform for employees in Moldova and part of WhereWeWork, one of the leading online recruitment and employer branding networks in Central and Eastern Europe.

The ranking was conducted between November 2023 and October 2024, based on anonymous reviews submitted by the platform’s users. The ranking positions were determined by an overall score (70%) and five additional criteria (each weighted at 6%) deemed important by employees: opportunities for advancement, salary packages, work-life balance, management, and processes and values.

This year’s overall ranking is dominated by companies in the financial-banking sector (three organizations) and retail (two companies), with the rest coming from fields such as telecommunications, IT&C, finance, and manufacturing.

HR Trends in the Republic of Moldova
