Strengthen your employer reputation at the Employer Branding Conference!

In a period of accelerated transformations, talent plays a crucial role in the success of organizations. Employee expectations have shifted, and building an authentic and relevant employer brand has become a necessity for any organization. EXCLUSIVE STUDY
2025 Benefits: How Employee Expectations Align with Employer Plans
In a context where salaries no longer rise at the pace we were used to, employees are beginning to look at their non-salary benefits with fresh eyes. While they may not be the primary factor in deciding whether to accept a new job offer, they can significantly contribute to retention and are becoming an increasingly important motivator. However, the list of employee desires does not always align with the plans employers have for the benefits included in their compensation packages. In this exclusive study for the Employer Branding Conference, in partnership with eJobs, we will discover what benefits employees are seeking this year and how employer packages will look.
The Spring edition of the Employer Branding Conference 2025 is an event organized by Evensys, in partnership with Lidl Romania, Up Romania, Booking Holdings, SanoPass by MedLife, 7card by Wellhub, HelpNet, and eJobs.
